THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a full-time Wholesale Netsuite Order Fulfillment Processor to join the wholesale team of a fast-growing beauty company based in the USA.

As an order fulfillment processor, you will be reporting directly to the wholesale manager in accurately capturing and processing customer’s orders, ensuring all the details are correct, and aligning orders with inventory levels and delivery schedules through Netsuite, Brandwise, Faire, Shopify, Flexport, and similar platforms, in addition to general customer order processing tasks required by the company. This position is for someone with expert skills in NetSuite and Shopify.

This is a full time, contractual freelancer position while working at home. We are looking for someone with strong, speedy and experience in order processing orders through work for a similar company or industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Order Management: Process and fulfill orders through various platforms such as NetSuite and Shopify, ensuring accuracy in product details, quantities, pricing, billing, payment, and shipping information.
  • Reconcile: Shopify Revenue & Deferred (refunds, payment transaction fees, discounts)
  • Communication: Communicate order status to clients providing tracking information through sales channels.
  • Inventory Control: Address discrepancies and backorders promptly.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on order volume, fulfillment rates, and backorders.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor and analyze workflows to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Fulfill orders through e-commers sales channels such as Shopify, Tiktok, Flexport and NetSuite
    • Process orders through Faire.
    • Reconciliation of payments – Netsuite vs Shopify
    • Ensure timely order processing and fulfilment.
    • Verify that order details, discounts, pricing, and payments are communicated and reported accurately from sales channel to Netsuite.
  • Other miscellaneous tasks related to the above

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree of any 4-year college course, preferably Accounting or Finance related.
  • At least 3-5 years proven experience in wholesale and e-commerce order processing through Shopify and NetSuite working independently proficiently on both platforms.
  • Accurate data entry and order verification.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Expert skills and experience in Netsuite and other various ERP systems
  • Must be able to do daily graveyard shift.
  • Must be VERY detail oriented and able to handle a large volume of transactions daily.
  • Must be organized and a self-starter.
  • Must be able to adapt, take on new responsibilities.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Pro-active and has initiative.
  • Has his/her own laptop or desktop computer, headphones, and a decent Internet connection capable of doing voice and video calls. (extra monitor for spreadsheets preferred)

HOURS OF WORK

  • Work from home. Full-time freelancer, contractual position
  • Guaranteed 8 hours paid shift hours per workday.
  • 9:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern (EST) Mondays to Fridays
  • Daily Breaks: 1 hour
  • US Holidays off and unpaid
  • Any overtime needs to be pre-approved by the client.
  • Compensation will be paid by the hour in USD but locally converted by the Service Provider (Big Ideas Philippines)

COMPENSATION

  • USD $7.00 to $11.00 per hour based on experience
  • Converted to PHP, that will be approximately P54,000 to 95,000 per month depending experience and on Forex Rate
  • Monthly pay out in USD
  • Deposited to freelancer’s Payoneer account.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Although you will be reporting directly to the designated manager from our client, you will also be reporting to and being supervised by Big Ideas Social Media Inc, who is the consultant and service provider of the US business.
  • Big Ideas will be the one to provide your compensation and other administrative needs locally.
  • You will be classified as “Self-Employed” when it concerns legality and taxation.
  • Big Ideas (the agency) will deduct a 5% Expanded Withholding Tax as per PH and BIR laws. (10% if you do not have a COR as a self-employed taxpayer).
  • Contract is subject to an “evaluation period” and subject to contract renewal based on performance of the freelancer.
  • Renewal or raise in compensation is subject to client discretion and is not guaranteed.
